2. Subscription and Cancellation

• There is no minimum contract term. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Billing is monthly in advance.
• Upon cancellation, your website and services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Payments and Non-Payment

• If payment is not received, we will send fair reminders.
• Failure to pay may result in your website being taken offline and email services suspended.

4. Domain Names

• If we register a domain for you: The domain will be registered in your name.
• If you use your own domain: You must point the nameservers to our Cloudflare configuration. You can change them back when you leave.

5. Our Responsibilities

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and take care of hosting, security, backups, and updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses (including loss of business or profits). This is a low-cost monthly service designed for small businesses with limited budgets.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your website for illegal activities, spam, or infringing content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
